yakkity yak

I. LOVE. SHOPPING. Today was the most proper shopping I've done in centuries. With my besties & future bridesmaids CHERYL AND TRIC! We went lingerie shopping (I LOVE LINGERIE SHOPPING, I love buying colourful matchy-matchy stuff), workwear shopping and SHOE SHOPPING. I still can't find a replacement for my brown DKNY shoes (there's no other pair like you); the closest was the GORGEOUS NINE WEST ONES I saw in NYC but IT'S GONE. Moral of the story: if you REALLY REALLY like something, just get it. If you don't like it, you can always re-sell it. But if you don't get it and it's gone forever, it's gone forever and you'll live in pain for the rest of your life.

I wanna buy this LOVELY grecian dress from Miss Selfridge but it's $102. I LOVE SHOPPING WITH CHERYL AND TRIC!

Pushy, bitchy sales people are the most irritating ones. You know how there are so many pushcart shops in shopping centres nowadays? The, perhaps, more famous one is the Dead Sea Minerals pushcart, where Jewish people always man the carts and get overbearing on customers. (I'm not hatin' on them; I'm just making the observation that the sales people there are ALWAYS pushy and always happen to be Jewish). We met someone like that today at the Jose Erber pushcart. Even if your products work like a miracle, your pushiness just turns me off and I'd rather buy Brand X.

I cleared my wardrobe today and I'm all ready to sell 'em all at the flea market on Sunday which I'm doing with Jas! Nothing like having ample space in my wardrobe... for that special Miss Selfridge dress.

I can FINALLY enjoy Tom Yam Noodles! The vegetarian version at this Chinese vegetarian place at International Plaza is THE BOMB. And it comes without rashes and fever, which is awesome.

I think my right eye is leaking pus...

I think John was a little disappointed that his little treat from me during lunchtime turned out to be a little red apple. I hope he didn't throw it away. Many people don't know that apples are a symbol of love and youth and happiness. Like, apple of my eye?

I love how I'm eccentric like that sometimes.

Part of my memory seems to have been erased. I have the worst memory right now. I can't remember restaurant names, vocabulary, website names and other random things which are important.

Italy was awesome. Check out my photos on Facebook!

I'm done for tonight. THAT, was a stream of consciousness for you.
